All orders are carefully packaged and shipped within SEVEN business days once payment has been cleared via Paypal. Please note, we ship once a week, usually Tuesdays or Thursday. Please be sure your address is correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location. We are also not responsible for additional postage to re-ship the order if the packaged has been returned to us for any reason (unless we mistakenly shipped it to the wrong address, of course).
The majority of our orders are sent via UPS ground delivery. Exceptions are made when delivery address is in a rural area, the item is under 13 oz, or a PO Box/Military address is given. In those cases, we will ship USPS Priority Mail, or Parcel Post if rates are an issue. Rush requests can sometimes be accommodated, however prior notice is needed. When items are in stock, standard shipping time is 7-10 business days.
Customer order information is only used to process your order and is never shared with anyone. Customer emails are used to send updates and occassional updates regarding Lulu’s sales and products.
Though we don’t expect it to happen, we are not responsible for packages or items lost or stolen in transit. Damaged items AND the shipping container must be kept for inspection if damage does occur. Once your order has been shipped, we do not have any control or way to track your order (unless it’s an item over $50). We have delivery confirmation on all orders over $50 and insure all items over $100. This is for our protection. If you are interested in extra insurance please contact us and we will send you an invoice for the extra amount. Please request insurance if there is a history of lost or stolen items in your area.
For Alaska, Hawaii, and International orders: Please email us prior to placing your order. You will be quoted a cost for shipping to your location. If you would like to make a purchase at that time, you will be billed for your total order cost via Paypal invoice. Order will not ship until payment has been recieved.
International orders are carefully packaged and shipped within seven business days once payment has been confirmed via Paypal. Please note that ince we ship the item via USPS, it can ake up to 3 weeks to delivery. This time frame is out of our control and we apologize for the long delivery times. We are not responsible for any customs or tax fees associated with your purchase. Once your order has been shipped we do not have any control or way to track your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Due to the high shipping costs, all sales are final.
But we do want you to be happy with your purchase. Due to the vintage nature of the items on this site, we can not issue full refunds, only exchanges (unless there has been a mistake on our part). Please be sure you love your treasure before purchases to avoid any heartache. We do our best to describe all items accurately, but we are certainly not experts in vintage, so we can sometimes be wrong, or miss something. Please email us within seven days of recieving your order at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss the details if you wish to exchange your item. Please note, we are not responsible for shipping fees on exchange items.
If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will negotiate a replacement for the item. Remember to keep the damaged items AND the shipping container for inspection if damage does occur.
